Wondergol Return & Refund Policy

All Wondergol products are handcrafted or hand designed. Minor variations in color, finish, texture, or small cosmetic imperfections are normal and are not considered defects. These characteristics do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Returns must be approved before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To request a return, please contact our team via our contact page and include your name, order number, and as many details as you can about your order.

No Refunds

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is unusable, completely damaged, or an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we may offer a replacement or exchange at our discretion. Photo documentation may be required. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible. Refund Processing (if approved)

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval notice.
